Important tips before configuration:
1.The camera is available to 2.4GHz band not 5GHz.
2.Your Wi Fi name and Password should not contain special character ‘and &.
3.Make sure that your Wi Fi encryption/security is WPA2 PSK(AES).
4.Please complete the configuration process within 5 minutes if not please unplug power and try again.
5.The audio transmission to your camera to give it the WiFi info requires you put your phone close to the camera (within one foot).
Detail Steps:
#1: Firstly Scan the two dimensional code to download the APP and have it open.
#2: Top right corner of the app click the (+) symbol.
#3: Plug in your camera into a power outlet that is close to your router.
#4:Go back to the app screen that your camera shows offline.
#5: Your Smartphone have connected the Wi Fi add the camera to determine your camera 360 red light flashes click Smartphone “red light is blinking” enter the correct Wi Fi user name and password and then select your Country (American).
#6: And then two “beeps” will be heard. The indicator light of the camera will turn green. It is successful configuration. Please try to configure more times if fails connect.
#7: Once connected to your wifi you can enjoy your camera.
